Old Sword Club AGM

Old Sword Club AGM

The Old Sword Club will be having its AGM on the 16th of August form 7.00pm in the Joseph Sargent Community Centre (our regular training site) to report on the past… period, plan for the coming year, and elect a new organising collective. The AGM is an opportunity for members to come together and talk about the direction of the club and all the cool things it can do, as well as get a taste for participating in the governance of the club. We will be catching up on admin since covid lockdowns. Agenda is currently as follows (it might update closer to the date):

  2. Explanation of how consensus decision making works according to The Old Sword Constitution
  3. Recognition of members
  4. A report by the convenor (Tim) – about the state of the Club including an outline of membership numbers, activities conducted, relations with other Clubs, and plans/recommendations for the coming year.
