Just wanted to send out our love and support to our queer friends after hearing about the recent homophobic attack on Club Q in Colorado Springs. Since so many of us at the club are queer we know how hard hearing about attacks like this can hit.
Something that’s really worth mentioning is that the attack was stopped because two people at the club tackled the gunman and were able to restrain him. It was members of the queer community that stopped the attack, and it’s us working together as a community that will keep each other safe.
