Business
1 Convenor’s presentation
To receive a report from the convenor (Emerald) on the club’s activities during the previous financial year.
2 Instructor’s presentation
To receive a report from the instructor (Emerald) on the classes run by the club during the previous financial year.
3 Discussion of financial statements and reports
To receive and consider the club’s financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2024.
4 Election of organising collective
To receive nominations for, and elect, the following positions on the club’s organising collective:
(a) the following office-bearers:
(i) convenor,
(ii) treasurer,
(iii) secretary, and
(iv) complaints officer, and
(b) any ordinary members of the organising collective.
5 Payment of regular wage to Emerald Hendry as instructor
To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following as an special resolution:
“That Emerald Hendry be paid a regular wage of $50 per week as remuneration for their role as instructor.”
Voting restriction
Emerald Hendry is excluded from discussion or voting on this resolution.
6 New resolution
To consider, and if thought fit, pass the following as a special resolution:
“That the existing constitution of the club be replaced with the new constitution attached to the notice of meeting.”
7 Discussion of plans for the coming year
8 Other business
To transact any other business which may be brought before the meeting.

You can appoint a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf at the meeting if you do not attend.
